These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YAHREQA platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by:

By accessing or using YAHREQA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Platform Overview
YAHREQA is an interactive digital platform where users may watch media, participate in challenges, earn points, submit content, and participate in promotional contests.
YAHREQA is designed as an entertainment and engagement platform. Points, rewards, and rankings are part of gameplay mechanics and do not represent wages, employment, or guaranteed compensation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
YAHREQA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate age requirements or platform rules.
Children under 13 may not use the Platform themselves. In a program made for children under 13 (for example, a contest connected to one of our books), a parent or legal guardian takes part on the child's behalf under that program's own Official Rules. For that program, its Official Rules control over these Terms, including over the content license in Section 5.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree to:

Not impersonate another person.

Not create multiple accounts to manipulate rewards or contests.
YAHREQA may suspend or remove accounts that attempt to game, exploit, or manipulate the system.
4. Points, Rewards & Cash Drops
Points, ranks, and rewards are part of the YAHREQA gameplay system.
Important terms:

Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

Rewards may change or be discontinued at any time.

Cash Drops and contests are governed by separate Official Rules.
YAHREQA reserves the right to verify participation and review submissions before awarding prizes.
5. Creator Content & User Submissions
Users may submit content including videos, artwork, ideas, or media (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your original content.
By submitting content, you grant YAHREQA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Display your content on the Platform.

Promote the Platform using your content.

Feature your content in YAHREQA media.
You agree that your submissions:

Are original or properly licensed.

Do not violate copyrights or trademarks.

Do not contain harmful, illegal, or abusive material.
YAHREQA may remove content at its sole discretion.
This license does not apply to entries in a program whose Official Rules give a narrower permission; for those entries, the program's Official Rules control.
6. Platform Conduct
You agree not to:

Harass or threaten other users.

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform.

Use bots or automated scripts to gain unfair advantage.

Manipulate rankings, points, or contest outcomes.
Violations may result in account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform design, branding, characters, and systems are owned by YAHREQA LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute YAHREQA materials without written permission.
8. Third-Party Content & Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or partner locations.
YAHREQA is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
YAHREQA does not guarantee:

Continuous availability.

Error-free operation.
-
Winning prizes or rewards.
Participation is voluntary and for entertainment purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
YAHREQA LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
11. Termination
YAHREQA may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms.

Attempt fraud or abuse.

Disrupt community safety.
Users may discontinue use at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
14. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description: When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box (for example, when you book a call or appointment at yahreqa.com), YAHREQA LLC may send you non-marketing text messages about your appointment (confirmations and reminders), replies to your inquiries, and updates about your YAHREQA! account or services. We send marketing text messages only if you separately agree to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (206) 673-3016. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
