1. Respect for Creative Rights

YAHREQA respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, brands, and rights holders.

We expect all users of the platform to upload and share only content they have the legal right to use.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on YAHREQA without authorization, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a copyright infringement claim, send a written notice to:

Your notice must include the following:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (email and address).

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

  3. The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on YAHREQA.

  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

3. What Happens After a DMCA Notice

Once a valid notice is received, YAHREQA may:

  • Remove or disable access to the reported content.

  • Notify the user who uploaded the material.

  • Investigate repeated or serious violations.

Our goal is to respond quickly while protecting both creators and the community.

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your name, address, and contact details.

  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  • Consent to the jurisdiction of U.S. federal courts.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored unless the original claimant files legal action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

YAHREQA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws or platform policies.

This protects creators, partners, and the integrity of the YAHREQA Collective.

6. Platform Role & Safe Harbor

YAHREQA provides tools for users to upload and share content.
We do not actively monitor all submissions before publication.

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), YAHREQA acts as a service provider and removes infringing material when properly notified.

7. False Claims Warning

Submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal liability.

Please ensure you are the copyright owner or authorized representative before submitting a DMCA notice.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This DMCA Policy works alongside:

Using the platform means agreeing to these policies collectively.

9. Policy Updates

YAHREQA may update this DMCA Policy as the platform evolves.
