1. Creator Ownership Comes First

YAHREQA exists to empower creators — not to take ownership of their work.

When you submit or upload content to YAHREQA, including but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Artwork

  • Quest concepts

  • Designs

  • Edits

  • Audio or visual content

  • Written ideas or gameplay submissions

👉 You retain full ownership of your intellectual property.

YAHREQA does not claim copyright ownership over your original creations.

2. License Granted to YAHREQA

By uploading or submitting content through the platform, you grant YAHREQA LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Display your content on YAHREQA.COM

  • Feature your content within platform feeds or game experiences

  • Promote your content across YAHREQA social channels

  • Use screenshots, clips, or excerpts for marketing or promotional materials

  • Showcase submissions within platform competitions, highlights, or recaps

This license exists only to operate and grow the YAHREQA platform and community.

👉 You can continue to use, sell, or publish your content anywhere else.

3. What YAHREQA Will NOT Do

YAHREQA will never:

  • Claim authorship of your original work

  • Sell your content as standalone intellectual property without your consent

  • Transfer your ownership rights to third parties

Any future commercial collaboration involving your content will require direct agreement with you.

4. Creator Responsibility

When submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You created the work yourself or have permission to submit it.

  • The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

  • The submission follows the YAHREQA Community Guidelines.

Content containing stolen material, unauthorized footage, or harmful content may be removed.

5. Platform Editing & Display Rights

To maintain platform consistency and quality, YAHREQA may:

  • Resize or crop content for layout purposes

  • Add branding elements or platform overlays

  • Feature content within themed collections or challenges

These adjustments do not transfer ownership or change your creator rights.

6. Removal of Content

Creators may request removal of their submissions by contacting:

YAHREQA may also remove content that:

  • Violates platform rules

  • Creates legal risk

  • Disrupts the community experience

Removal from the platform does not affect your original ownership rights.

7. Featured Creator Recognition

Creators may be highlighted within:

  • The CREATE Collective Feed

  • Leaderboards

  • Social promotions

  • Spotlight features

Participation does not guarantee compensation unless explicitly stated within a contest or collaboration agreement.

8. AI & Platform Technology

YAHREQA may use automated systems to organize, categorize, or display submitted content.

These systems do not claim ownership or create derivative works outside platform functionality.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

This Creator IP Policy works alongside:

  • Terms of Service

  • Community Guidelines

  • Contest Rules

  • DMCA Policy

By submitting content, you agree to follow all platform policies.

10. Updates to This Policy

YAHREQA may update this policy as the platform evolves.
Continued participation after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
