W.I.S.H. on Pioneer.
“Where we make your dreams come true.”
A scavenger hunt through the shops of Pioneer Way. Grab a passport, find the clues hidden inside 12+ downtown businesses, turn it in, and stay for the drawing. Bring the kids — every stop is indoors, and downtown is already lit up for the holidays.

Three steps. One Saturday.
Grab a passport
Free at The Collective on Whidbey, 749 SE Pioneer Way #102, any time from 10 AM. Pre-registered? Show your confirmation for your bonus stamp.
Hunt the clues
Each clue is hidden inside a downtown shop — some at the window, some deep in the store, and a few shops set a quick challenge instead. Solve it, write your answer, get stamped. You need 12 stamps to finish, and every stop is free to solve.
Turn it in by 4:00
Back to The Collective by 4:00 PM. The first three passports checked correct take the top prizes; the drawings follow at 4:30, winners announced live.
Three ways to win. The pot grows with every business that joins.
Half of every participation fee goes straight into a cash pot. Final numbers are announced October 23 and printed on your passport. Current pot: TBD.
Bonus stamps: pre-register (+1) and create a free YAHREQA! account (+1). Each one is an extra slip in whichever drawing you land in.
A few blocks. A lot of doors.
Bakeries, boutiques, a gallery, a children’s museum, a hardware store
Every stop is a real downtown business, all within walking distance of each other on Pioneer Way.
Shops open at 10, food from about 11:30
Start in the shops, hit lunch mid-route. Opening times are printed beside each stop on your map.
Rain or shine
It’s November on Whidbey. Every single stop is indoors, and The Collective is warm and dry for the drawing.
Every stop is free — the shortcut is optional
Short on time? Most shops let you spend a small minimum instead of solving — the amount is printed beside that stop, and one item or several is fine. It earns your stamp but never an answer, so the top three prizes always go to players who solved all twelve themselves.
Put your front door on the map.
Players have to walk into 12+ businesses to finish — if you’re a stop, every one of them comes through your door. Your stop has two doors: they find your clue, free, or they skip it by spending a minimum you set yourself. Either way they are inside your store; one of those doors rings your register, and every cent of it is yours. We write the clue with you, print it, and place it. Three weeks before Plaid Friday.

Free to play. No purchase is ever required to enter, to finish, or to win. Every stop has a free path — a clue to solve or a challenge to complete — open to every player during that business’s posted hours on November 7. A player may instead spend at or above that business’s posted minimum, in a single visit and on any combination of items, to earn that stop’s stamp; that spending earns the stamp only, never a written answer, and can never qualify a passport for a First Finisher prize. First Finishers is a skill prize awarded to the first three passports verified with twelve correct answers; turn-in time breaks ties only. The Completion and Participation Drawings are free-entry drawings; each passport is entered in exactly one, and each passport may win at most one cash prize. Bonus stamps for pre-registering or creating a free YAHREQA! account add drawing entries; they do not reduce the twelve-stop requirement. Winners announced at 4:30 PM. Official rules will be posted here before the event. Questions: (360) 720-3678.
